Coastline Construction & Development Co., Ltd. is a Bahamian construction company with offices & warehouses at the airport industrial park in Nassau, Bahamas.

Trading began in 1994 and the company expanded in 1998. The turnover from 1998 to date is approximately B$25 million.

The company is closely managed and supervised by Directors, Mr. Keith Knox & Mr. David Heffernan.

We have successfully completed new building and renovation projects from B$.25 million to B$5.0 million in various sectors of the construction industry including commercial, retail, banking, tourism and high quality residential.

Coastline also has an interest in a local specialist metal roofing company.

We have been approved for AIA Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds should these be a contract requirement.

We maintain a key crew of local skilled operatives on a full time basis, and works such as mechanical and electrical installations are sub-let to local specialist subcontractors.

We strive to maintain a reputation for the provision of a professional service to our clients with a view to ensuring quality workmanship and completion of projects within budget and on programme.

All senior management personnel are fully qualified and associate members of chartered building institutions or equivalent. Keith Knox is a chartered builder with 29 years experience in a wide range of construction projects. David Heffernan is a chartered quantity surveyor with 25 years experience both as a private practice consultant and more recently in the general contracting sector.
